• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use the Service to train models for harmful or malicious purposes
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AICortex Technologies Inc. and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

The laws of the United States, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Terms and your use of the Service. Your use of the Application may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.
